Can I personalise my purchase?

Some of our items are able to be personalised with your name. If personalisation is possible, a form will pop up when you add the item to the cart to put what you would like on your purchase. Some products require a bit more in-depth personalisation, such as Memory Bears, in which case we will be in contact.

I bought a product before and now it is not listed. What happened?

Some of the products are seasonal only, e.g. Halloween treat bags. Alternatively, they might have sold out or we are waiting for a fabric restock. As all items are upcycled using leftover fabrics, this does mean that some fabrics may be permanently out of stock.

I saw that (insert product) is custom. What does this mean?

Some of our products follow a pre-set design that you can customise (such as choosing the lining in the tote bag). Others, such as the Memory Bears or Bucket Hats, are custom orders using either materials supplied by you or from a variety from us. However, all items are made to order. Therefore, some items may have slight size differences.
